After nearly four decades of practice, our mission is to help a client make the transition from being clever to being wise. The difference? The clever person knows how to get out of the situation that the wise person would have never gotten into in the first place.

As counsellors-at-law, we try to embody the mantra articulated so succinctly by my father, Irwin Simenowitz, Esq. “Never take a long-term loss for a short-term gain.” While we are eager to serve as lawyer planners, we are fully prepared to serve as lawyer problem solvers if and when necessary.
